St. Clair Construction Group was founded with a passion and vision for building unique and breathtaking custom homes.

Sam St. Clair, a native of Raleigh, knew from a very early age his fascination for custom home building would become his dream career. He attended North Carolina State where he excelled in construction engineering and management and also received his master’s in civil engineering with a concentration in construction management. Similar to solving complex engineering problems, a custom home requires a dedicated commitment and unwavering attention to even the smallest details.

St. Clair Construction Group not only wants to deliver a unique forever home to their clients, but we also want the entire building process to be a wonderful experience. Sam strives to be in constant communication with his clients in order to deliver their visions, furnish clients with high-value cost-saving selections, and provide customer service long after the building process has been completed.
